The following eligibility requirements are mandatory and non-negotiable. Failure to meet any single requirement renders registration void and entitles Polototo to close the account and withhold any associated funds pending investigation.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and participate in any gambling activity on the Polototo Platform. This requirement is strictly enforced through our KYC verification process. Any player found to be under the age of 21 will have their account immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and any deposits returned to the original payment method used.
Polototo applies the 21-year minimum age threshold in recognition of the age requirements applicable to casino-style gambling activities across internationally licensed jurisdictions. This threshold is not subject to negotiation or exception.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) Account on the Platform only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own identity or using another person's identity — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of all balances, and a permanent ban from the Platform.
By registering, you represent and warrant that you have the full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction, that you are not acting under duress or undue influence, and that you are gambling voluntarily and for entertainment purposes.
When registering an Account on Polototo, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method. You must notify Polototo promptly if any of this information changes.
Polototo is required by its licensing obligations to verify the identity of all registered players before processing withdrawal requests. You may be required to submit KYC documentation at any stage of your account lifecycle, including at registration, upon reaching a specified cumulative deposit threshold, or when a withdrawal request is made for the first time.

Polototo supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Malaysian players, subject to availability and minimum transaction thresholds:
The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for e-wallet and bank transfer methods. Cryptocurrency deposits carry a minimum equivalent of MYR 30 calculated at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. Maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and account verification tier and are displayed at the point of transaction.
Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts are processed within 3 to 30 minutes under standard conditions, depending on the selected payment method. Processing may take longer during periods of exceptionally high volume or where additional verification is required. Polototo does not charge withdrawal fees under its standard transaction policy; however, your bank or payment provider may apply their own fees, for which Polototo accepts no liability.
Note: Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to make a deposit into your Account. You cannot withdraw to a payment method you have not previously deposited from. This policy exists to protect against money laundering and unauthorised fund transfers.
All deposits, withdrawals, and account balances on Polototo are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless you have opted to use cryptocurrency, in which case amounts are displayed in both cryptocurrency units and MYR equivalent. No currency conversion fees are applied by Polototo on MYR transactions.
An account is considered dormant if no login activity has occurred for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. Polototo reserves the right to deduct a monthly maintenance fee of RM10 (or the remaining balance, whichever is lower) from dormant accounts. Players will be notified by email prior to any such deduction. Accounts can be reactivated by contacting customer support and completing any required re-verification.

All content on the Polototo Platform — including but not limited to the website design, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software code, and game assets — is the property of Polototo or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content from the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, published, or broadcast for commercial or non-commercial purposes without the prior written consent of Polototo.
Third-party game content hosted on the Platform remains the intellectual property of the respective game studios and is subject to their own licensing agreements. Users may not record, stream, or republish gameplay content from Polototo's Platform without explicit written authorisation.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Polototo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Polototo holds its operating licence. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, Polototo and the affected User shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through direct negotiation via Polototo's customer support channels.
Where direct resolution is not achieved within 30 days of the dispute being raised, either party may refer the matter to a mutually agreed independent dispute resolution body. Polototo's decisions on matters governed entirely by the rules of individual games or betting markets are final, subject to any manifest technical error.
